The information you share with Digrafika is solely for developing a design to fit your needs and will remain confidential.

Please provide us with the following information:

1. Your name, your company's name, your email and mailing address and phone number.

2. Next take the time to explain your company's mission and goals for the future. Tell us who you are marketing your product to. This information will help us create an image that will best portray your company. Need help? Contact us for a free consultation.

3. Provide us with your payment information. You may pay by credit card, check or money order. You will be contacted to confirm the order and discuss any concerns about design plans. Digrafika will begin work on your project after payment is received, or upon payment schedule negotiation.

You will be notified when the initial designs are ready for viewing via phone or email. You will be able to choose from the samples which image you would like us to continue to work on. We will begin work on the design you have chosen, making any modifications you specify. There is no charge for making the modifications up to 3 times on a chosen design. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with the first set of designs we have provided to you, we will present you with a second set of designs, free of charge.

When you approve the changes made and have approved the final design, Digrafika may ask you to provide information for stationery, depending on which package you have chosen. We will then provide you with a set of designs for your stationery package.

When you have given Digrafika your approval and depending on the project type, we will send you a print ready PDF file or a package with several file types (jpeg, ai, tif, eps) and an explanation for each file type and how they might be used. The package will be sent to your email address, or you may request a CD.
