When you receive proofs of your designs from Digrafika LLC, you will also receive a README file, accompanied by a file(s) that is named YOURNAME.pdf or YOURNAME.jpg.
The information you provide to Digrafika is private and confidential, and is used solely to create a design which projects an image for your company or organization.
We are happy to answer any questions about your logo design or discuss other design needs.
We use cycles of creative briefs, customer response, and revisions, which will result in a final design. You will be able to view several samples, depending on the logo package you have chosen. The revisions will move forward based on your choice of an initial design. Our mission is to provide you with a design that best meets your needs. If you are not completely satisfied with the direction your design is advancing, we will provide you with a new set of samples.
When we have completed the final design to your satisfaction, and you have given us a final approval, we will supply you with a set of files, explanation of file types, and instructions for use.
Please contact us if at any time you have questions about the design process or how to use the files we have provided to you. Please see our terms and conditions for complete explanations of payment, refunds, and more, or contact us at graphics@digrafika.com.
Adobe Acrobat PDF Files
Digrafika uses PDF (Adobe Acrobat) file formats to display proofs of your files. To open PDF files you will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader program. This is a free program that allows you to view and print Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) files.
A PDF preserves all of the original design and formatting of an original document, which means that the document can be viewed and printed as originally intended.
The Adobe Acrobat Reader can be downloaded free of charge from the Adobe website by clicking on the link below:

Viewers with visual disabilities can visit Adobe's Accessibility website to find out about the services they provide to improve the accessibility of Acrobat documents.
IMPORTANT:
Most computer screens do not provide a true representation of the colors that are printed. They are only able to display a certain array of colors, and what we see on our screen may display differently on your own monitor or your printer's monitor. Therefore, when printed, your logo or design's colors may appear slightly different than as viewed on screen.
It Can Be Changed
Materials for print are created in InDesign, photos are altered in PhotoShop, and your logo design is created using Adobe Illustrator, all professional design software by Adobe. Fonts, colors, and images can be changed during the revision process.
Your logo design begins as an AI file (Adobe Illustrator native file). In your final logo package, you will be provided this file type along with several other file types. The EPS or AI files can be easily altered to suit future printing requirements. The AI or EPS file types are the ones most preferred by professional print shops. You may not be able to view the EPS or AI without professional design software. If you decide your logo should be printed in a different color, contact us with the new color preferences using the exact Pantone color codes you require. It may be possible for your printer to make those color changes to the EPS file for you before printing the file.
If you have any further questions on how to use the files we have provided, or need further explanation of the information we have included, do not hesitate to contact us.
Thank you for using Digrafika.com.
